    – Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. 

    – You will not be billed for subsequent cycles after cancellation.

  1. No Refund Policy: 

    – Bloom Pregnancy Journal operates under a strict no-refund policy. 

    – All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. 

    – This policy is in place because we provide immediate access to our digital content and services upon subscription.

  1. Cancellation Issues: 

    – If you experience any difficulties or issues while attempting to cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@bloompregnancyjournal.com. 

    – Provide your account details and a description of the issue you are facing.

    – Our team will investigate the matter and respond within 48 hours to ensure a resolution.

  1. Returning to Service: 

    – You can reactivate your Bloom Pregnancy Journal subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. 

    – We recommend backing up your journal entries and other personal data to your Google Cloud account before canceling your subscription, as Bloom Pregnancy Journal does not retain backups of user data.

    – Upon reactivation, you can restore your previous data from your Google Cloud backup.

    – After subscribing to our services, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during registration.

    – This email will contain details of your subscription plan.
